The touch thing do happens sometimes when the screen is wet. You just have to wipe the screen and turn the phone off and on and the problem will be solved.

I jumped off my boat and swam with my j7 in my pocket for approx 10 minutes fully submerged, pulled battery right afterwards, used centrifugal force and whipped it a bit to drain some water. then let bake in hot ass sun periodically rotating what side was up. Finally got to rice in a sealed bag the next day then periodicaly pulled out and baked in sun on dash some more. Stuffed back in rice bag overnight then let on hot sunny dash some more today... Im writing this story on it right now... todays the day i put battery back in. works great! No problems so far. Fingers crossed.
