Since Itachi's age was reversed and he doesn't have the disease anymore and that chakra disease is very rare the only know people to have had it were Naruto (Sasuke saved Naruto from it im pretty sure this was in the Sasuke shinden novel), Hogoromo (it killed him), Itachi, and Hashirama might have had it (it is theorized the thing that killed him was this disease) so only 3 maybe 4 people all with very high chakra signitures are known to have contracted this disease badiscally itachi won't have to be rewound every couple years

Hey really like your what ifs but a common theme I see among them is that you make the MC "too" powerful sometimes and in some stories it makes more sense while in others it really doesn't. Like in the "What if Naruto was a Hyuga" it makes more sense he knew a lot of techniques because he was trained by the hyuga day in and out but with this one it would make more sense to keep his normal wind nature and add another one instead of giving him all of them. That's just my thoughts and I think the what ifs would be more interesting if the MC wasn't always a badass from day one. Do with this opinion as you wish and keep up the grind.

Just to let people know if Itachi wanted to kill Orochimaru in his Tsukuyomi, he could've. Tsukuyomi doesn't work only for 72 hours in someone's mind nor is he can only behind time so that 1 second feels like 10 years or whatever, he can put someone in Tsukuyomi for eternity if he wishes, and torture them in ways no one could've to imagine. They say 72 hours on the show because Itachi doesn't want to kill Kakashi because both were in the Anbu and they never said he could only control time for 72 hours in someone's mind, they said that Itachi could control time and space meaning he could've tortured or killed Kakashi for 50 years or eternity.

@@nebula7407 what you mean, if you mean he can't do Tsukuyomi for eternity, then it might be impossible, but you gotta remember the after effects of the eyes only happens after Tsukuyomi ends, which in the real world is a few seconds. So technically speaking no its not impossible, but it would kill Itachi after Tsukuyomi ends. It would be impossible if Tsukuyomi hurts him not only in the real world but in his mind too, but Tsukuyomi doesn't work like that, so no it's not impossible and yes it would kill him because of the after effects of the MS. It's not like the Susanoo which when Sasuke or Itachi uses it hurts them while using it. Tsukuyomi works way differently, only hurts the user after the genjutsu is over.

My what if ideas: What if naruto had a stand (like in JoJos, not a thing in the shinobi world or made of chakra and its totally unique to naruto and his abilities, maybe with a song reference ) What if naruto had a devil fruit ( personally , I like the idea of giving the mc a ability that suits him, so like with the stand, a unique devil fruit that isn't busted but suits naruto) What if naruto was intelligent ( I know naruto is a battle genius, but taking it one step further to use his abilities in unique and smart ways would be nice to see, it might seem like a lame power up but to me this seems more powerful then the rinnegan ) Rinse and repeat the first two but for deku instead because you gotta milk the cow till its dry what if deku had the energy quirk( for everyone reading this, no this isn't the electric or anything quirk, this is your chemistry energy, like kinetic energy. This would be cool because you could go down two paths, the literal version which is not as cool but still fun or the non literal sense, as in light energy would be like the pika pika no mi gravitational like the gravity fruit , thermal fire and ice fruit combined, nuclear being literally nuke power. Now I know this is overpowered, but there could be draw backs as in, you only get one energy type a day or its really hard to train with so deku would have only one strong at the time he got at UA ( maybe if he chooses nuclear, he would have bakugos quirk but way better with the destructive power that could go off to the smallest nuke (which is pretty big) and that he doesn't have to sweat for) or maybe that he has to follow the rule (energy cannot be created nor destroyed , only transferred from one store from another) .)
