If something you want doesn't exist yet, you are free to make it in the way you want it In other words you don't have to rely on others, and if you have an idea of something, you are able to do it. Although, if you find that you really aren't confident in making it the way you want, you could give someone who is some direction of what you want to see

Armored Xemnas and No Heart are the same people how like Mysterious Figure and Young Xehanort are the same... so Young Xehanort and and Xemnas existed from Terra Aqua and Ventus saga... NO WONDER NO HEART STOOD UP IN BBS...

There's a difference between the two No Hearts, actually. The original No Heart is the armor of Xemnas when he fights Sora and Riku, but in Birth by Sleep, he is referred to as _No Heart X_ as he uses the same moves Xehanort would and he also uses the Gazing Eye. Standard No Heart didn't use that; he used the attacks of other _Organization XIII_ members.
