avoiding adulthood traps | life coach session

Vlogmas Day 2 :) I am trying to take you along with my meetings, I recorded a life coach session (I recorded only a few minutes which I am showing here, but I caught a really good part! To be honest, every conversation with my life coach is so eye-opening, this session was particularly good. It’s honestly impressive how core memories play a crucial part in the person we are becoming. (Not recorded but) I was talking about my soccer times and how big of an impact this team sport had on me, it was my LIFE. And we were wondering, how can we transfer this to my life today? Jürgen and I also made a goal to not spend ALL the time at home so today we decided to go ice skating in Brooklyn and it was (FREEZING COLD) a lot of fun. I love that I am randomly thinking about what aliens would think if they saw us humans and in the same moment Jürgen starts talking about the same thing… I guess we’re morphing! Loved this one, too! I'm an empath and a deeply introverted person, but my job requires short, but intense periods of interaction with large and small groups, so after such gauntlets, I tell my husband, "Tomorrow, I will be moving at the speed of restoration." Then I am quiet, do things my way on my schedule. It helps. I really enjoyed this vlog. Looking forward to Day Three!

ohhh entrepreneurship is just a big hustle! my mistake was that I tried to do too much on my own, too much of the operational part, and that's simply not my strong suit, I am a creative and visionary so you recognised that very right :) and we are working on fixing this so I can get support on the business side and focus on what I do best!

Einige unserer engsten Freunden leben tatsächlich in NYC, deswegen ist es meistens gut auszuhalten (außer wenn alle aus der Stadt sind ;D) - Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich früher richtig doll Heimweh aber mittlerweile ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr, vor allem eher so Momente von doller Vermessung statt Phasen... aber ich freue mich schon sehr alle wiederzusehen!

Maybe your human design is a manifestor or manifesting generator. Those are two types who need multiple interests. Also, some decision makers are emotional and have to come to emotional clarity. Others are gut reactions and can decide quickly. If you search your human design, it might create a lot clarity for you about how you work best. Listen to manifestation babes podcast on human design.
