I am guessing that's because mythra was subconsciously rejecting addam at that moment. Addam feared the true power of the aegis, and would likely want mythra to hold back. Mythra having lost control wanted to go all out. So the conflict made her reject him and cause the monado effect. Or that's my guess anyways.

@@sarthakverma1030 Yea. Addam prob was not prepared to handle such power and mythra was going haywire so its hard to control.

Was probably because unlike the Monado one the Pneuma sword is basically the Monado 3. Dunban could barely wield the Monado 1 and it almost destroyed his right arm I think. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if he tried to wield the Pneuma sword or the Monado 3.

Good catch. Given that Alvis is for all intents and purposes a trinity processor in blade form, we can assume that the Monado works the same way as Pneuma's weapon. It's full power can only be wielded by the person it resonates fully with. Which was Zanza/Shulk in XC1 and Rex in XC2

I like that despite not truly being his direct descendant, Zeke is the most like Addam. A bold, confident voice, harboring deep self-doubt. A doubt that Rex had to confront and push through before the critical moment, instead of at the same time, like when Addam wasn't able to bear the true power of Mythra.

because in the main game, mythra has to deal with the burden of her actions/what happens in torna, that’s why she sealed herself away and got angry when rex awoke her

The ending leaves a bit to the imagination. Maybe she did, maybe she didn't. Lips moving in japanese are not that clear and it's hard to tell.

Most likely they didn't. there used to be 2 endings, one good and bad. The good is where they rememeber and the bad is where they forget. They prob got rid of it because 1. to leave it to interpretation and 2. Because torna is the bad ending so it would be sad if they forgot. The most likely answer is they do remember since they got rid of the two endings.
