@@DavidHosey1 Yep, kind of hard to forget Xenogears since Xenoblade brings attention to it! Someone is going to play Xenoblade! Whatever it's 1, 2 or 3, and their going to want to do a deep look into the background of it and those involved, and their going to find either Xenosaga, Xenoblade's daddy or their going to find Xenogears, Xenoblade's GRANDDADDY! It's like how Unicorn Overlord brought in ALOT of people who are seeking out Ogre Battle March of the Black Queen or 64 if Tactics Ogre Reborn didn't do that already! I'm always happy to find classics I missed due to playing an entry or game INSPIRED by them! Like out of the classic Fire Emblem's! Thracia 776 is my favorite, despite being the LEAST popular (as in didn't sell well BACK THEN! It's popular among let's players) but then alot of stuff didn't do well despite having MASS popularity after the fact....like Xenogears! Or Event Horizon (which inspired the Dead Space series) so it's funny how that works. Sadly we all know this game will never get remade without ALOT of changes, back then Square was ambiguous, now they have to be mindful of what they show (it's why Xenoblade is the way it is DESPITE how Gears and Saga were, as the writing became more clear, as well as the WRITER himself got more experienced! They had to get BETTER at being DARK while not being on the noise! Lets be real Saga took ALOT from Evangelion, which is why THAT entry even if MORE likely to get a remaster then Gears, is still pretty low despite the final part 3 of Saga being at the point of the AGE of being Dark without being edgy about it LOL! Sort of like comparing the NIER series to it's father Drakengard! Hell Drakengard is where Yoko Taro goes when he's at his EDGELORDNESS where Nier is where he's "all MATURE and sophisticated about his Edge! Even in Rebuild of Evangelion, the writer had to be BETTER at the mindscrew then whatever the fuck END was!) though I'm open minded so as long as I still get the FEEL of what was original when they "re-inact" parts in remakes! I'm happy! It's about the spirit more then "A shot for shot" because lets be real, even if they did EVERYTHING right and a shot by shot, those who obsess over that would STILL find something to complain then be DAMNED by showing ANY type of praise because their pride refuses to accept a Remake PERIOD because their so SCARED it would overshadow the original! Fairly stupid but that's what it means to be human, we've done WORSE stupid shit over pride and stubbornness when it makes no sense for Petty gains

Yeah I’d play this game on an emulator if I were you, it’s amazing if you like a lot of good anime story, amazing music, and a lot of good anime character interaction. Gameplay is secondary but the battle system is pretty unique.

Such a great game. Good memories. I wish the translation was a little better but still perhaps the best story in any JRPG. They took lots of ideas from other stuff but they mashed it together in a great way, just like how Skies of Arcadia took a lot from FF7 and Grandia. but ends up it’s own awesome thing. I wish companies were more into preserving their classics by having them available to download online. Skies of Arcadia especially would make a lot of money, tons of people want to play it now. But yeah, I think Chrono Trigger is the most perfect RPG ever, while Skies of Arcadia might be my favorite because It makes me happy, but other greats are Xenogears, Grandia, FF4, FF6, FF9, FF10, Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete and Lunar: Eternal Blue,phantasy star 2 and especially 4, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Dragon Force, Earthbound, Suikoden 2,3, and 5, Shadow Hearts: Covenant, xenosaga 1 and 3, Persona 3,4, and 5, Trails in the Sky 1 and 2, and some others I likely forgot like Shin Megamei Tensei: Nocturne and Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2.

XC1 is the only Xeno game that was never meant to be one in the first place. Xenogear, Xenosaga 1 - 3, XCX and XC2 were all designed to be Xeno games. The people who pretend that XC1 is what a Xeno game should be have most likely never played anything in the series aside from Xenoblade.
