When I tested these two skills, I have noticed that Evil Blast is stronger than Reverse Mabakusenko. The other difference was that Reverse Mabakusenko stays in place and blasted the staggered opponent while Evil Blast moves to a different spot behind the opponent, and Evil Blast increases damage with Dabura's Super Soul as well as other skills like Pressure Sign, Phantom Fist, Afterimage and other skills listed on that Super Soul that temporarily increases Ki Blasts.

Cabby, if you get caught in evil blast (in the air and before the blast is launched) block (don’t block the blast this is before it hits) click the left toggle and double tap a and you automatically sink and dodge the blast completely.

I thing evil blast is much better I'm currently using it and there more and likely to fall for it as it looks like you and not a Mirage; if not looking carfully also regardless where you are facing its a direct hit if no one will interrupt it.

I tried evil blast near a wall a few times and sometimes you will teleport directly behind your opponent (point blank) and Im not entirely sure if that can get perfect block unless you have great timing but then again it dont always work

You can use an evasive during evil blast so you will be pretty open.

Evil Blast does have 2 big plus side. It has range, and can hit enemies that are behind you.... Reverse Mabakusenko has the downsides of it is a short range attack in front of you. What I mean by range as well is obviously not that you can be 10 miles from the person hitting you, because it only reacts to strikes and not ki attacks, they obviously have to be right next to you. HOWEVER, you can target a completely different opponent to the person who actually hits you, and you will teleport to the person you had TARGETTED, not the one that hit you, and it will put them in the same "looking around" animation before you fire as it does when you counter the person hitting you with them targetted. Interestingly enough as well, if you have no target at all and get hit, it will automatically lock onto the nearest target and do it to them. So yeah, Evil Blast has MASSIVE variations in use compared to Reverse Mabakusenko, absolutely huge. You can use it in place of a backhit as well, which you just can't do with Reverse Mabakusenko, and it does a LOT of damage for a backhit replacement... on a maxed Golden Frieza CaC we're talking 16,181 from Evil Blast, versus 13,901 from Reverse Mabakusenko (which can't attack behind or in any of the ways Evil Blast can) and to compare it to a more similar move to Evil Blast, Mystic Flash, which only does 12,074 damage, a huge decrease compared to Evil Blast. Summary: Evil Blast and Reverse Mabakusenko have completely different purposes and you may as well honestly run Afterimage if you're going to run Reverse Mabakusenko... Forget the window of opening, it doesn't matter, that's down to your own ability.
