Angry Explosion only uses 8 Bars. Because of this you can add a setup with Angry Explosion. I personally like setting up with divine retribution after a stamina break it drops the opponent onto the explosion.

Power rush can also be used when ur opponent snaps behind u (use power rush then hold back on analog stick )and u turn around and hit them

Also you can't use Angry Explosion to its full capacity unless you have 10 ki bars natuarally.(meaning no meditation)Since you used meditation, you used 7 bars.

The problem with power rush is... The setup you need to put in place to pull off this potentially 20k Damage attack... Your opponent will already be faily low on health... At that point your better off just pulling off a 5 bar ultimate like serious bomb... Or... Angry exposition with some extra bars.

Final explosion is the strongest ultimate skill that is of course if you can get unlimited stamina for a short while, which I think you can't.

i like power rush cos aside from meditation setup is minimal can sometimes get it without needing a break, but this is not a strong argument cos most ults need a break to work ,but i can use it off a light break whereas angry explosion needs the heavy break

I found out how to use Super saiyan blue with Power rush Use the super soul You and the Earth shall be destroyed, pretty much your ki won't deplete since it activates alot when your ki is full or stamina I can't remember

I choose angry explosion for my female saiyan because she gets boosted ki blast skills for being female also it's a more versatile skill because if I'm in a pq, or 2v2 or 3v3 (where i could still need ki after my opponent is ko'd) if my opponent is nearly dead I can only use 3 bars of ki, vs power rush using 10 and removing buffs every time

U can use power rush with 0 ki or infinite ki ok the 0 1 is a merged zamasu zsoul and the the infinite ki is 1 from "This is super vegito" zsoul all u need 4 this is ssj sv fssj or ssgss as ur forms kaio ken and potential unleashed will sadly not work

I'd say Angry Explosion as well Power Rush is too tedious to set up and hit with, Angry Explosion has more uses, CPUs can barely knock people out of it, and the damage isn't even that different for the max power of the two, and clearly you'll have more opportunities to hit with Angry Explosion

Things Wrong With This Test 1. Neither of these are the strongest ki/S.S. attacks 2. You don't show stat allocation 4. Your character is not optimized for the attacks damage. I can hit for over 30k damage with my power rush...

1. Yes they both are the strongest of their category 2.stat allocation? thats not necessary for a skill test 3.I mention multiple times hes not optimal for the simple reason of not having power rush on ps4
