6 Year Update: • Ebay Xentec HID Ballas...
These are by no means the best you can get but I really like these compared to what I had (still working 3 years later!). For $30-50 a set, I'm enjoying them. Plus they come with bulbs (usually).
If you're looking for some higher end HID's, these are not what you're looking for. I'm reviewing these based on their overall value based on performance in relation to their price.
