Yeah I played Xerath with the sun disc but I never knew his lvl 3 counters impact. If we go by that logic it should counter overwhelm as well right? Not sure about that interaction.

@@shai310 I bet it would also counter strike cards like a blocking Caitlyn (not attacking though since she has quick attack) In a region with such little healing, I could see that interaction being very important to know as well.

@@shai310 Idk how impact works compared to other strike keywords. Impact seems to happen *AFTER* the strike resolves. Overwhelm seems to happen synchronously with the strike. It'd be interesting to know

@@RemedieX What you're saying does make sense, it does seem impact happens during the strike itself which is why Xerath was able to counter it. Not sure if overwhelm happens during the strike itself but if it's after the strike then yeah you're right.

If Xerath's obliterate didn't work like that with impact, you would have lost It would have been 2 damage from the impact + decimate for lethal Grapplr's skill at this game is beyond understanding

@@zackdgod4680 I don’t think so, the ordering is just a bit weird. Technically, Impact triggers after the unit strikes, but since the unit gets killed as soon as it strikes, the obliteration occurs before Impact has a chance to trigger. This should also be how Strike cards work too.

@@Liverator i don't mean in the game. I mean in the code logic. They're obviously deleting the object itself when both strikes occur together. The best way to test their code would be to have a quick attack impact strike and get obiliterated. This is especially weird considering that toss cards are also obiliterated.
