I actually realized this a week ago! I main Twitch and have been looking for ways to make him more fun/varied (I personally don't find AP Twitch as fun as everyone else) and while experimenting I realized Arcanist increases my Ult damage by a LOT. One game I hard-carried with Twitch mid, my Axium Arcanist did the most damage out of all my runes and by a longshot too, it was crazy.

It's a Sorcery rune and it replaced Nullify Orb, the name is actually spelt "Axiom Arcanist" and the effect is that your ultimate does 12% (or 14% I don't remember) increased damage/healing/shielding, and if you get a takedown you reduce your ultimate cool down by a small amount.

Did you know that Twitch passive procs Slingshot, which then procs Luden's? It makes for a silly AP Twitch build where you think someone gets away with 1 hp after your E, and then they explode again randomly!
