Ravenous hydra does only give lifesteal now cause the omnivamp stat got changed from 10% omnivamp -> lifesteal. The damage passive circle you get when doing damage with abilities or aa also applies lifesteal now. So while you're abilities don't get the heal from it, the damage circle healing basically makes it the same

Actually, Steraks gives 75AD so its better than cringe bow and ghostbade gives better speedbuff and more ad than cleaver. As a mythic get trinity force, because 35ad base + 20% per stack is 149*0.2 an it gives +3 per items so additional 15ad, in total trinity gives 35+15+149*0.2=79.8AD
