In middle eastern literature rose is strong symbol of sexualized masculinity. Rose for men and deep black eyes for women, (because a woman’s eyes are often the only thing a man can see when he meets a woman.) These two tropes come up over and over in Middle Eastern poetry.

The connection with Word then Words and Poets club is the Romanticism... The dramatic edges... The dreamy magical center that creat a memorable poem. I love this charm of a scent by Zerjoff. This one is often compared to rose d'arabie but I don't get it they don't smell the same for me. I've never tried by kilian rose oud and would personally love to see a review on your channel. There is also an oriental line of jo malone that has been so slept on, the absolu line like jo malone violet & amber absolu for example

I don’t think it’s the same as Rose D Arabie at all. And eventually I’ll get around all the Kilians or watch out when the membership series is announced I’ll probably review it there.
