I have four 17/17 bottles and I got this one and even though I'm a man I think it's really outstanding. There's nothing else I have or have ever smelled that is quite like it. Richwood, Elle, Symphonium and this and my favorites. Test before you buy. If you buy a bottle of anything from Xerjoff, they'll include a free 4 pack of samples of your choosing. I would suggest trying those four and looking to discounters for the bottles. Around 300/bottle

I keep coming back to this one. I have a 5ml sample and I am so intrigued. I do agree w your description. It is a beast! I think it leans feminine but think it is unisex overall. I do believe it is a classic. On the cusp of buying. So glad you enjoy this one because I think it is so unique and special.

Gosh this fragrance is fenomenal! I love it soo much but it is a little bit too much for me right now (price wise and also in the performance) so I told myself it is gonna be y 30th Birthday gift:)

Great review! As a guy with 40 niche fragrances I was searching for one super luxurious soapy fragrance for especially spring and summer upscale use, kind of like Prada L'Homme on much higher level. The final candidates were Fragrance du Bois Heritage and Pikovaya Dama. I have 8 other FDB but only one Xerjoff (Symphnium, which is stellar!). After experimenting with both, I concluded that they were both similar in that they used citruses over top a clean Iris background with florals and a woody base. But Heritage is more simple and has a stronger Iris, king it seem like Amouage Reflection Man (which smells like root beer to me) sprayed on fresh linen with some citruses to brighten up the proceedings. With Reflection Man and Heritage on opposite writs there were big similarities. It also seemed a bit "old" as in an older person. For me Pikovaya Dama had a kind of sparkly champagne (probably citrus an nutmeg) presence with that same clean linen from the Iris...I thought it was more complex, more uplifting, and also more sexy and youthful. Both are great scents but I feel totally comfortable wearing PD, but not so much Heritage (it made me feel like a rich old man). So I ultimately purchased PD! My only other aldehyde heavy scent is Kilian Vodka on the Rocks, and this is very different...so I am happy!

I just found your channel through this review and love the way you talked about this fragrance and small details of your hobby. I’m absolutely enthralled with this fragrance, and I do mean wearing it myself and just to mention I am a straight man, if that matters. Someone else described it as “royal rich ass baby powder” and I think thats actually quite accurate, albeit over simplifying whats going on here. The soapiness, mixed with the powder, makes me feel like I just had a royal bubble bath at the Biltmore in its heyday or something. It’s very difficult to describe for me, as I don’t have the vocabulary or articulation to be able to properly explain what I experience with scents, but this one just makes me feel incredibly rich, and I am not lol. And what a collection behind you! Loved this wonderful review.

Also yeah, this one is way stronger than people think. Ive read reviews where people think its a skin scent after an hour. PSH. An hour after I sprayed one spray to my forearm, my brother from across the other side of the HOUSE several rooms away said he could smell whatever I “just sprayed”. Definitely didn’t “just” spray it. I washed my hands several times before going to work, went to work, several hours into work had two co workers ask if i was wearing perfume because I smelled good, and this was after scrubbing my hands, the base notes still were barely there but people could smell it. Definitely way way way more potent than people realize. For me, worth the price alone when you consider that one spray lasts you like two days.

You can buy this one for much cheaper. I found someone who sold me their full prez bottle, two sprays missing, for $170. After Iriss and Italica and Lira, I had to have this one. Well after Richwood. This was my first Xerjoff and WOW it’s the best fragrance ever.

You can definitely score way better deals on this. I know I got a good deal but it is far from the best. I think its beautiful. I'm still trying to track down an original Richwood. Not a huge fan of the newer formula. If I found it for a crazy bargain I would get the newer bottle but IMHO the old formula was outstanding!

How does Pikovaya Dama compare to Royal Crown Poudre De Fleur - I got a decant of PdF and it gave me chanel no 22 vibes, which I love but do not need. Do you find PD similar to PdF and which do you enjoy more?
