Wildly, Poets of Berlin pairs nicely with Dama Bianca and amplifies the projection and longevity. I randomly realized their main accords are almost identical. They both share a beautifully aromatic/fresh quality with a beautiful woody/vanilla dry down. Perfection together. Also, another unsuspecting pair with DB is Sol Cheirosa 62. The warmth from Sol connects perfectly with the vanilla in DB. I get crazy compliments from this duo. I spray DB first, let her dry down for a minute, then top her off with Sol Cheirosa. 🤤

Got a sample & fell in love with it. Xerjoff does fragrances so well! This is not my typical scent profile, except for the vanilla (vanilla is always my jam). I will also wear it as costume😂, and it fills in the gaps as a Spring Summer wear. I tend to gravitate to heavy, indulgent scents, so this is a nice pivot… while still smelling yummy (just in a lighter way).

Kumquat! I have never seen that in a fragrance, nor malt! Interesting 🤔 My mum worked in a brewery so I love the smell of malt, hops, beer, it's all good!

I’m very new to the fragrance community and am learning a lot through watching your videos. I’m not sure if I like powdery fragrances so I don’t think this would be a scent I would enjoy. But then again I’m so new I’m not exactly certain of what I like and don’t like just an idea. 🙃😬 Frangantica has been helpful in seeing what the majority of the fragrance would smell like, I haven’t made a profile though because I’m not an experienced nose and have only smelled 10 fragrances, I’m not quite qualified to vote lol. Subject change, but do you enjoy mango scents? I recently watched Zhane’s newest video on her summer scents and she mentioned Mango Skin by Vilhelm Parfumerie? It seems like it would smell divine! What are your thoughts on it?

I definitely think scents this powdery are NOT for everyone! This is your time to play around and test things out for sure. BTW I hope I don't dissuade you from making a profile or sharing your input on Fragrantica - I think it's all valuable and "novices" have a way of explaining scents in ways and words that can be very helpful to other beginners too. I get easily intimidated too and only became "active" on Fragrantica recently and was a lurker for so many years! You absolutely have a place here in the discussion - I would love to hear how your tastes change or evolve with time too. 🥰 And I have mixed feelings about mango - I really like the juicy, fruity, dense nature of the scent, but sometimes it can also smell a bit "off" or, as some have described, like B.O. (Ok, that sounds terrible, but other notes can do that too so it's not just mangos problem lol). Mango Skin has a very devoted following and I would definitely like to smell it one day! Zhane is great too. 🥰

I am just now sampling Dama Bianca. I love the opening, the deep dry down is heavy on the woodiness which is fine with me. I really love it, it is full bottle worthy to me. I wouldn’t buy it full price but if I can find a bottle at a great discount I would probably pick it up. It’s a very easy reach and is very feminine and easy going.

I totally agree, Amanda! It would be an easy reach for me too and, who knows, if I had a full bottle it might even be a favourite... I definitely have my eye out for it. I've also heard that Junoon Noir by Al Haramain (I love their perfumes so far) smells pretty much exactly like it but is about half the price, so I think that one looks interesting too. ❤️

I've tried it and it's stunning. It's stunning through all the journey. It's better and better. Listen I don't like but at all violet iris and cedar. It has it all. And I frickin love it. The vanilla is just discret but distinguished like someone with a lot of charisma who's just standing right beside you not making any noise. Like someone who makes your guts drop when you look at him/her in the eyes. I tried it with a sample at home and ordered immediately 30ml bottle ( lucky me there was some left). Maybe 100ml one day. Just to say , first time I sniffed it I was like "meh nothing to see here". I was very wrong. I've made numerous mistakes like that one because my nose was blocked after numerous and divers fragrance tries in shopping day

Ummm.... why is your sample so dark? Dama Bianca is super light in color, light light blush pink. Sorry, but either you were sampling something else or you got a fake.

This is an official sample of Xerjoff bought from a legit source so I highly doubt it's fake, but I do know that vanilla tends to darken over time and it usually just means it's been sitting for a while. I have a lot of fragrances that have changed quite a bit in colour.
