Hi Dr. Jefferson. I was watching a different foot Dr. a few days ago. The patients feet were no where near as bad as this. The Dr. was apoplectic about the feet, repeatedly expressing how bad the feet were. He said the patients feet were so bad that he wouldn't finish them that day. There was no washing the feet. No mention of washing the feet. No moisturizer applied. No teaching. Just "dancing " around expressing amazement at how complicated this case was. You, Dr. Jefferson, are the real thing; respectful, kind, thorough, educated, interested and dedicated to healthy outcomes. I could go on and on........I'm grateful there are people like you in our world......I believe there should be a medal for excellence in your Profession........I believe you would win it. Thank you for sharing your expertise. Happy New Year! Mary from Canada

As a life long nurse I just want to thank you for the kindness, compassion, respect and knowledge you give your patients. Too many physicians are so condescending and often plain rude to folks with issues like this, not caring at all about the story of how or why they get to this point (with numerous conditions). From your videos, I believe you are an excellent doctor and a true gentleman. Your patients are lucky to have you. I hope dealing with the insanity of our healthcare system never causes you to lose your shine.

The patient goes home feeling like someone truly cares about them and you do. When your patients walk out of the office, they have been educated in a way they will understand.
