WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE MACHINE THAT CUTS THE BUSINESS CARD??

I have a problem, give me headaches every day working whit Xerox/Fiery. Every time i turn the machine sometimes when i send a printjob gets stuck in the job list while processing, doesn't goes to print section in fiery workstation, nothing happens. Also can't cancel or delete the job. To get start printing something i need to shutdown the xerox c60 (fiery doesn't shut off automatically with the machine, which means that its stuck or some problem whit, otherwise it would turn off too), turn off fiery with the button in the back. Turn on all over again and praise all gods to start printing something. Why this happens? Is there any other way more easy instead restarting the machine? Thanks.

What setting are you using to get the envelope to pass without wrinkling? Every setting I tried ended up with a wrinkled envelope.

Feel free to call us anytime at 469-250-2010 I used separate fuser for envelope (old one) and loosen the two screws with spring to increase the gap between the two pressure rollers on the fuser (orange and black rollers) the screws are in the bottom of the fuser You still have some wrinkling but less than before. Since we mail out directly then wrinkling wasn’t big issue. If we have customer’s envelope order that we will not mail we print them on XANTE

Executive Matic that’s brilliant. Is there a specific amount that you loosen the springs or is it just by feel? Thanks for the reply btw.

Bryar McDonald loosen the screws to the maximum you can but be sure both of the them are the same amount- usually the screws heat will flush with the plastic cover
