hello, I don't understand the cartridges on the right side, since there are already the colored cartridges on the front, what do these cartridges do on the side? I must buy a printer of this model in "used" condition, how can I check the condition of these cartridges (on the right side)? through the screen is possible? urgent, thank you.

I've been researching this unit, and found that there were a number of posts about people having issues printing on envelopes, is this a known issue, or user error in regards to the Phaser 6600?

We have this printer; ink is all over the yellow and magenta toner area; printing is leaving streaks etc., how do you clean this printer. thanks.
