What kind of $$$ numbers might we expect for these options to be added to lease contracts? I know I get many repeated calls to same accounts for tray 6 envelope jams due to the many many variations between the same size #6 or #10 envelopes with the envelope adaptors. Now, lately even seeing differences in the same manufactor's envelopes per lots. Its all about the flap of envelope and the current adaptors do not have enough adjustments for the customer to quickly figure the variations out productively, and do get frustraited. One client particularly signed up with a versant 180 JUST for envelope business in her area because of the promised reliability at the printers show where many companies had their latest and greatest at the time when the versant 180 not versant 80 was introduced. That client has looked into this configuration, who is a dealer for xerox, and did not get any real answers other then they cant help her with this feeding configuration. That it is not offered. Please give me some insite to atleast pass on to the sales team and or this dealer.
