If router will restart then router will assign new ip to machine or machine will have the same ip??

AOA, Bhai mainy sara method step by step kiye hai but machine (Retrieving Information) se agy nhi jarhi , port wagera ip adresses sub kuch kr liye per machine print nhi nikaal rhi. Kuch time tk mainy Printer cable se printing ki the ab wobi nhi horhi
