I use Xfce with bspwm window manager. It is clearly the best DE. The performance is good, it allow any customization and with GUI !

Why would it? Most of it just changes the look, no additional software, background processes, etc.

brother I did it, it's awsome but there is a big anoying problem the #pager-4 6:06 I set them to 8 but the work space size don't change, for Launcher back ground I have this problem again... I do xfce panel - r but its not working fot me heeelp please I want it sooo baad 😭🙏🙏

some items have launcher-id, for ex: #pager-4, #launcher-10, etc. The launcher-ID is obtained by hovering the mouse over the plugin in the panel properties (hover your mouse over each item in the preference panel > items then the launcher-ID will appear for a moment). you need to set the launcher-ID on #pager-x, #launcher-x, and others according to what you have. Even if you use the same launcher/item on xfce-panel, it is often different. please post the result here :)

this is just a script to polish xfce panel, so there will be no significant increase in ram usage. You can try it :)

Стоит ли перекатиться на XFCE? В чем профиты? Я ставил арч, но KDE6 работают просто отвратительно на x11, а рабочий софт не работает на wayland. Перекатился пока на Cinnamon, но как-то не то. Вот сижу и думаю, перекатиться на гном или на XFCE.
