Yes I know OG got the better result even though they also had a tough season. But on the other hand, EG placed 3rd. Beating 2 of the top 2 DPC points VP and Liquid. This roster has been playing only for a few months. I really think EG can go far with this roster.

Both teams had a tough season(roster changes, etc). When I meant "OG got the better result" I meant that OG won TI. Hmm EG and OG had about the same they changed their roster. They played some really good Dota in just a few months. OG was just better. That's what I meant. :)

OG beat everybody fair and square, they had the best mid and late game of the tournament. Eg were lucky to find a super burned out VP and Liquid. Probably the huge win will diminish OG's season performance also, but since they broke the west vs east curse, and are taking a break now. Maybe they can keep up the high level play.

You just had beaten my fav team liquid and eliminated the king of DPC, virtus pro. Even tho u didnt take the aegis it was still a good show for us dota fans. @XCJ Smith okay 1st of all, reduce to 3*.. 2nd, its not his fault that EG contacted him few days before a Major.. its EG who kicked Fear and Misery.. And they down to 3 players just days before a Major.. Its a critical moment for EG.. and i think Fly knew all along that something needed to be done for OG way before EG make an approach.. Its just a bad timing.. Actually its a win-win situation.. Just hope OG fan can see the bigger picture.. Its a good choice.. But bad timing..

Congrats team EG for a top 3 finish. The team looked fantastic and was a favourite this year. Despite not winning, there's nothing to be ashamed of. Being an older DOTA 2 fan and an overall sports fan, I understand shuffles and trades are a natural part of sports. DOTA pro team shuffles happen too frequently but this shuffle between OG and EG was necessary and a good move on both sides. There can be only one winner and this time it was OG. That doesn't mean EG can't or won't be successful later. The kids calling for Arteezy to leave or blaming people need to grow up.
