Great video. please I have almos the same graphics but no enable on pin 10 of NCP81022, could you tell me where is this signal coming from??

Make sure all voltages is present before that ic. If all testpoint is present just replace that ic ncp81022. If not work, check all electrolitic capacitor, high side and low side mosfet. If not working.. maybe the VRAM and gpu chip have a big problem.

There is no voltage on pin 10 , and because there is not t schematic I can not find the component wich gives voltage to this pin@@WorkshopFix
