I can actually give some insight into this video. Before Tower Records was a Japan only thing, I worked at the Tower in Stonestown Mall in SF. All those promo posters and pictures they signed, employees got first dibs, and customers would have to tape their name behind the poster or standee that they wanted. When the promotion ended they would call the person who wanted it. If an aritst were to come by and sign stuff or do a signing, the art department would do unique pieces to help decorate the store. Our store only had one employee in the art department, but he was good. An ex tagger from the bay. Musicians were impressed by his work. Japan has to be so proud of XG. The amount of promo push those stores did, I have never seen from any artist in the states.

@@okwhatsnextI would have been hyped to have a signed XG poster, but I did have a lot of good memories working there. I met people like Busta Rhymes, N.E.R.D., Eminem, and OutKast to name a few.
