There is always so much chatter about kpop groups being constrained about their diet, but here we have a wholesome group of the cutest, most talented ladies having the time of their lives. Thank you XGALX for not coming down with a heavy hand and being over controlling. It's nice to see them have fun. I've never been this invested in the success of a group before. These shooting start shine so bright and light up our days with music and silly, charming cuteness. XO XG

i think it has alot to do with Simon being an experienced idol and wanting the girls to enjoy their life as idols too. i hear about some girl groups having restricted diets and its so terrible

XGALX and Zaki-san are really hard at work giving us all this content, really appreciate all the hard work they’re doing just to give us ALPHAZ content. They’re really showing all aspects of this world tour even though they’re traveling with concerts left and right they still have time to find joy on the off days. And those are truly important not only physically and mentally, but for me it’s just assuring knowing they get to enjoy their time together in between the hard work they do. I’m so excited to see them in Vegas!!! Just 1 more day!!!

Japanese management, not Korean. The Japanese tend to have a quite healthy relationship to food, not that the Koreans don't, they most def. do, but when it comes to kpop idols, we hear a lot of stories about portions the size of your fist, and no eating at all.

Thank you XG for taking us with you on your Travels. I love when the shop played their song. Someone from the store definitely knew who they were lol. But that was amazing of them playing their songs. Chisa is so hilarious and Harvey being Harveynator lol. Hinata is just stunning. Mother Jurin chillin with her babies having tea. This was so amazing to watch. So excited to see you guys soon.

本当に、どんなに小さいことにでも幸せを見つけてお互いに表現し合う姿に毎回感動してしまうし、生きるということを再確認させられます。そして、XGのファンになって感じるのが、なぜだか不思議なシンクロが頻繁に起こるということです。あまり、エネルギーとかスピリチュアルとか疎いし、簡単には信じないタイプですが、なんというか不思議で高いエネルギーが、XGちゃんやXGALXやファンの間を取り巻いてくれているんだと感じざるを得ないのです。これからも世間様の常識にとらわれずに、自分達らしさを全面に出して人生を謳歌してほしいです。そんなみんなから救われている人は、私だけではないはず！応援しています！

Idk if anyone feels this, but there's an overwhelming sense of joy everytime they give us XG DAYS & XTRA XG because it's just too precious the girls being themselves, seeing all their dreams coming to fruition and them reaping the rewards of all that hardwork. Finally! I've been craving a new XG Days for so long 😣🙌 Watching the girls on their days off, just having fun and enjoying delicious meals 😋 is my happy pill. I love that they got to hear Puppet Show and New Dance playing during their portrait session - you can tell how much it meant to them. 17:42 Hi-chan worries about whether she can eat that açai bowl elegantly then proceeds to eat it like the princess that she is, she's so cute! 🥰 Every single one of them has that same charm and the ability to make you smile no matter what they're doing❣
