I mean, for a group and a label this young. It’s insane how they are always upping each release. They released 2 mini albums in just 2 years. Already touring and sold them all out. They have at least 18 original songs. Many other big name groups and labels has never done that, but correct me if I’m wrong. XG is just different, they are keeping us on our tippy toes and they are working over time, no days off. They kept their promise to us and still giving more. Just how??? But we know… its the ladies exceptional talent, Simon the genius he is, the whole XGALX team, Chancellor and the many writers and producers and the amazing directors and MV producers like Rigend, Cho Gi-Seok (who did this, GRL GVNG and WOKE UP), Jinooya Makes, Jay Fang, and many others. Let’s not forget the choreographers who gave us insane dancing like Sienna and The Lab, Kiel Tuttin and so on and so forth. These people made it possible.

I think he had most of their songs before he even started looking for members. If you look at the first episode of the documentary when he plays something for the girls, I think it was one of these songs. Also, they showed him in the studio in 2017 or 2019 working on their first like 5 songs. I think they are set for years.

I am 100% sure that XG decided to pay homage to Miyazaki Hayao San, and Studio Ghibli 07:17 in this video, I bet they had a meeting and talked about where they have seen wolves in their lives, and Mononoke hime (Princess Mononoke) is full of white female wolves. The QR code (invented in japan) is dissolved and Mononoke Princess (nature princess) is revealed underneath. The brown monsters with red eyes are also represented in the anime. The dragon in front of the full moon might be from Spirited Away, dragons in japan are believed to be the benefactors and protectors of mankind. In old Japan there was a belief that the souls of people alive or dead could take the form of a butterfly. Therefore any butterfly that entered a house was treated respectfully. Mermaids are actually also a japanese thing within shinto folklore a creature called Ningyo is a person with half human half fish. They represent harmony. The mermaid idea in Japan might stem from early books imported from Holland, about european sailors seeing mermaids at sea. In the end, the nature princess touches the ground and everything turns green and full of flours, In the anime Mononoke hime the huge deer spirit of the forest does the exact same thing, everything it touched blooms.

Same! This is why I love this group so much. I can't remember ever watching an mv that is so thought-provoking and lyrically powerful. I do love me some random Kpop beats with catchy tunes but XG actually makes you sit back and ruminate. And I really appreciate that about them because nobody else seems to be doing that anymore these days especially in Kpop where it's so saturated with recycled sounds, aesthetics, and concepts. I'm telling the truth, I don't want to compare with any current group, I just want to say the truth that XG is giving their all with their music, they are working very hard to comeback their products continuously, while they are still on their 2nd WORLD TOUR in the US and they performed in different states in just 1 week, you can see that they are very passionate about what they are doing, even though this is just a MINI album but they invest a lot of money in their products, they not only invest in their image but also invest a lot in the lyrics through each song, especially their rap parts, in this MV they reference information about Michael Jackson like they mentioned the wolf movie "THRILLER" by MJ, and also MOONWALK, they research the world's information very carefully to bring it into rap, that's why XG's rap is highly appreciated by the world for the depth of their lyrics, WOKE UP also has a lot of metaphorical rap parts, When I heard rap experts analyze XG's raps, I saw the horror in those metaphors. XG has really outgrown KPOP. Even in boy groups, I don't see anyone as attractive as XG. I listen to KPOP a lot but rarely see KPOP, both male and female, rap in full English with a world-class flow and full of metaphors like XG. Of course, anyone in KPOP can rap and has good rap techniques, but what's important is how their flow is, whether it fits the world or not. I only know that XG's rappers are being recognized and accepted more by the world. KPOP groups are still very good in their KPOP world, but sorry, XG is on another level. Try to find XG's weaknesses or find a bad song, even if every song is very good. XG is too comprehensive in every aspect. If anyone goes to an XG concert, we will see their talent. They divide each person into their own to show each songs for people to hear the real ability of the members, I went to their CONCERT in the US and I wonder how their quality goes with the ticket price of only 58 USD and in return they perform their weird music, KPOP groups are good but sorry XG they are too strong, maybe XG doesn't get as many views as KPOP groups because they are a new company and what they have done in the past 2 years is really amazing, like I won't find such things unless XG shows it. KPOP groups are probably inheriting a large KPOP community in the world after the great success of BP and BTS, I don't want to criticize anyone but the more the era develops, we need to change more strongly to step out into the world, XG is doing that, they are going their own way, they are not like anyone else, they have their own brand, really when listening to XG's music, I don't want to listen to any other group's music anymore, it's more than enough.
