@@ryansjl I know, but AVEX CEO Kuroiwa and Producer Simon interview stated that they’re NOT part of any KPOP group or even JPOP group. XG brief background- Billboard website: AVEX CEO - Kuroiwa interview : XG apart is their originality and freshness. We built the group together with our partners around the world, taking the best elements from Korea, Japan, and the US. The potential of the members, the music production, the video, and the fashion all came together, overlapping and giving birth to XG. We didn’t want to make them a J-pop or K-pop group, but instead create an all-new genre, X-Pop. The members of the group had a lot of different ideas about what language the lyrics should be in. Some said that since the members are Japanese, they should sing in Japanese, but ultimately they came to the conclusion that since they’d be targeting the global market, including the Korean market, English would be best. None of the members are native speakers, so we really focused on pronunciation from the very start of their artist development.

Chisa yelling out "How are you?" She replied to her echo "I'm doing fine." There are 7 members, 4 are rappers and 3 vocalists. Give it up for Maya's singing vocals. Usually we hear Maya's rapping voice. This song should be on everyone's Playlist.

XG literally created perfection with this track 10+/10. Flawless from start to finish genuine old skool 90s/early 2000s R&B like only XG can do. So many reactors have shown their goosebumps & even cried reacting to it. Man the world & the music industry are really letting XG down big time with this song. It 100% should be going viral & charting on Billboard easily. Sadly, if Arianna, Miley, Taylor, etc., came out with this it would already be #1

XG is Xpop by XGALX from AVEX JAPAN 🇯🇵. Yes 🙌🏽 Jakops served us Alphaz a perfect Christmas 🎄 gift. XG never fails…they just continues to exceed themselves. I believe this Song is a Tribute to their families and loved ones in Japan 🇯🇵. My favorite part is when they are standing around the Japanese Cherry Blossom 🌸 Tree and it lights up at the end. XG is from Japan. AVEX CEO Kuroiwa and Producee Simon Jaklops wanted a unique Japanese girl group that can be promoted globally. 💕🎁 they wanted XG apart is their originality and freshness. They are not part of JPOP or KPOP group, they’re a separate genre called XPOP from Japan.

About XG : XG (Xtraordinary Girls) is a global group under XGALX which is a subsidiary of AVEX. The group has Japanese members. The group is composed of 7 members : Chisa, Maya, Hinata, Jurin, Juria, Harvey and Cocona (The youngest member of the group). They debuted on March 18, 2022 with 'Tippy Toes' Music Video.

I think the tree at the end was a cherry blossom tree which signifies spring coming and everything "blooming" soon (also might be the reason why they wore pink.) such a great song and video. the track definitely had some 90s/2000s vibes going on, especially with the way jurin was rapping.

I think it's also because cherry blossom is a flower that's very special for us Japanese (it's also one of the national flowers of Japan) and it reminds them of their families in Japan.

You should check out KAMIYA - Miniskirt. She was one of the last few girls that got cut from XG. It's a shame too cause her music goes hard. She's like XG but with a 808 fetish.
