Just love how Simon and other staffs take them out to do other things than just work. To bond and explore where they are. I feel like this is something that Simon is pushing as he was an idol himself and most idols don't get to do this stuff. They usually fly to somewhere, do their schedule and fly out the same day. I don’t know about Avex, but seriously Simon seems like a good leader. Just like OP said, his background as idol in the past might have helped with that. And also, the fact that he’s both Japanese and Korean, and used to live in the US too. He was exposed to many culture, different perspective which made him more open mind I guess? Overall Simon, XG and XGALX staffs make a really good team

I almost forgot, Chisa and Juria’s relationship is so adorable. I love it when Juria always imitates or follows through after Chisa. And Juria’s sisterly relationship with Cocona too. Hinata is always an adorable doll, the same with Harvey. I love how she teased Juria about the roller coaster. Maya never changes, especially eating next to Jurin.
