Actually juri was the one who awoken him in a new body known as doll unit zero, a prototype of the seth from ultra street fighter 4, and after his awakening, he has signs of severe psychosis cause his memory and personality is messed up, and because of that he had an obsession over killing M. Bison cause he killed him before in street fighter 4

I love Seth. He's really an awesome big bad robot. However, I prefer his punchlines with other fighters in Street Fighter IV, when he speaks to them with a certain conscious. In Street Fighter V, he is mainly content with giving information on the fighters, like a robot. It may be normal, you will tell me, but I find it a bit of a shame all the same. But it's still excellent. Good continuation.
