The Kingdom of Carbohydrates? I want to be a citizen of this! There's some really unusual foods here, the potato dumpling is really unusual. I've seen this in the context of West African cooking, pounded starch turns into a big dumpling. People eat it with their fingers, dip it in some soup or sauce. In the US, when we are making mashed potatoes, we try to avoid this outcome, not mash it too much or it loses its starchy texture and becomes rubbery as we see here. But here it's not an accident, with a big stone bowls and wooden hammers. This is the first thing I would try, and then fried jelly which seems impossible, then? Other fried cakes? The tea looked great, I want to live near this market now. I always think that. The video is good for me, I enjoy the comments, get some general idea of what we're looking at. I like to hear the remarks of the vendors, and something about prices... is this a good price? Has the price changed recently? I never get tired of this kind of content.

之前的视频用过”硬字幕“，不过当大家用YT的自动字幕翻译的时候会互相遮挡，所以我后来取消了硬字幕，您可以用YT提供的自动字幕，我能听懂的地方都翻译了，如果有对话没有字幕，那就是我也没听明白哈哈哈
