价格很便宜哦,自己下厨煮,新鲜海鲜随便煮的好吃。
1)甘香炒螃蟹:
两只螃蟹 - 2 Crab
少许油 - dash of Oil
两串咖喱叶 - 2 skewers Curry Leaf
适量的 薄荷叶 - Proper Amount of Peppermint Leaves
两条 红辣椒 - 2 red chili
4条 小辣椒 - 4 bird's eye chili (chili padi)
少许姜丝 - dash of Shredded ginger
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
少许小葱头 - dash of shallot
少许 虾米 - dash of dried shrimp
1汤匙咖喱粉 - 1 tbsp Curry powder
少许 鱼露 - dash of fish sauce
1汤匙 MAGGI 蚝油 - 1tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
少许温水 - dash of Warm water
少许 盐 - dash of salt
少许味精 - dash of MSG
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
2)清蒸濑尿虾 :
两只濑尿虾
少许姜丝 - dash of Shredded ginger
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
大火蒸煮5分钟 - Steam for 5 minutes on high heat
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许姜丝 - dash of Shredded ginger
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
3条 小辣椒 - 3bird's eye chili (chili padi)
3)烫毛蚶
2kg毛蚶 / 赤贝 -2kg kerang Bulu / blood clam
少许腌制辣椒 pickled peppers
少许小葱头 - dash of shallot
4条 小辣椒 - 4 bird's eye chili (chili padi)
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
两粒酸柑 -2 Limes
少许 鱼露 - dash of fish sauce
毛蚶 汆烫大概 ½分钟 - blanched for about ½ minutes
温馨提醒: 毛蚶不能久燙,燙毛蚶的動作要迅速,控制在30秒之內
