+Rex Jam 鹿が怖いということはありません。メス群れを見るとかわいいと思います。オスを見ると、仕留めることに集中します。美味しそうに見えるのは、鹿に実際に触れて角が小さいことを確認したときです。いきなり肉に見えてきます。ピンコ角の場合にはほぼ例外なく全身解体しますが、デカ鹿のスジ肉は煮込んでも硬いし、全身取ったら30キロにもなりますので、三大肉(背ロース、外尻、内腿)だけにすることが多いです。

+Dark Dragon Blades The neck side of the strap contains a fibrous section continuing from the neck muscle. To cook the strap easy I always remove the fibrous section. Thanks.

+Thetinebroken No. Local Hunters cull all the deer without distinguishing doe and stag. The local government pays $110 for a single deer and their population is getting drastically smaller. Now we have half the population of deer compared to 5 years ago. So it is rather difficult for us to hunt a big stag recently. Thanks.

+JPSikaHunter Perhaps now the local can reduce the bounty value and allow the deer population to increase again. At least to a sustainable value... The reason I say this is that if there are too many does, the young stags can't service them. Servicing the does is the job of the alpha stag. In the absence of the alpha stag, any buck will attempt to service the does, perhaps propagating a less strong gene line.
