I have been doing a bit of railfanning on the KZbin lately, and yesterday I found a video of trains meeting in the switchback station in Kami Ohiradai. I thought it was an unusual and interesting feature, and then I log in today and find you have built a model of it! A really neat and compact layout, and I love the dramatic landscape. Myself I live in what probably is the very flattest part of Sweden...
Beautiful layout! I've always enjoyed the vertical designs, yours is a great source of inspiration! I used to be into N-gauge a long time ago. Kind regards from the US.
Thank you for your comment from Germany. Sorry for the one year delay in replying. I want to apologize. I have now created a new N gauge layout. The name is ”新箱根登山鉄道”(New Hakone Tozan Railway). I would be happy if you could watch this one as well.
Congratulations, very nice layout on a small area.

Thank you for your comment. Sorry for about one year delay in replying. I want to apologize. Yes, I like Switchbacks layout. So, I have now created a new N gauge layout. The name is ”新箱根登山鉄道”(New Hakone Tozan Railway). I would be happy if you could watch this one as well.
Hello, I love your track layout, it is really delicate and very well designed. Also the landscape, I love it. Kind regards from Germany.

@stefanzantes88182 жыл бұрын
You have really created a fascinating layout. I live in a German village ona former narrow gauge line which had two switchbacks, the only ones in central Europe. Unfortunately, it was closed dowh after only 50 years in 1953. There is a wikipedia article about it (in German only):de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kleinbahn_Steinhelle-Medebach.

Hello Gmaneis, Thank you for your comments. I really appreciate it. Ok, no problem to explain in English more deeply for you. But, sorry my English is not good. Firstly, in order to understand it, could you take look at the below two Links? There are explanations of real trains and railways. The Hakone Tozan Railway is located near Tokyo Japan. Many foreign people visit in there and fun the rail and view. I also so love it. So, I had made a small craft model of Nine gauges. The size is just 900x600mm and it took just 4 weeks with the maximum time. I have enjoyed every time creating a railway model. I’m glad if you enjoyed the small model. I wish you will come there after Covid-19. www.hakone-tozan.co.jp/en/ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hakone_Tozan_Railway Best regards Norihiko Kasahara.

@@norihikokasahara5859 Thank you! Your English is fine. I do not even know how to say hello in Japanese, so you are not the one who needs to apologize! Wonderful to know your model is of a real place. It must be such an adventure to ride. Too bad for me I am old and will never leave the United States again. Thank you for the links. I will read more about it.
