Hey Arthur, you mentioned in a previous video that your knife got dull rather quickly. One tip is not to use the edge to scrape scraps to one side (scooping with the flat is ok), use the spine of your knife instead. Avoid the rocking technique with a knife like yours.

i know man! but i was just being lazy lol. Sometimes i’d think about to sharpen the knife in a regular basis to keep it in good shape. thanks for your advice tho! cheers mate ;)
