Hi Denny,多謝你的分享和介紹👍👏很明顯今次你中伏啦,如果你係第一枱入去(其實任何人任何時候入去)如果是寫明兩個小時任吃小食,原則上在時間上的安排是要處理恰當的,要不然真係會影響到食客的心情的,但係我都同意職員話要食完main才能reorder小食,可是正如你說main的portion真係細咗一些,不過我個人覺得在這些小型的店舖,職員不多,廚房不大所以會影響到出菜的時間,(看到食物的presentation唔錯,這樣更加需要時間去prepare)怎樣可以滿足到客人的要求,所以應該建議時間最少2.5hours就好了,你繼續努力加油💪支持你的制作👍👏和分享.

IP Lau 多謝收看及留言支持🙏😊 完全同意、其實我哋一早訂位、佢哋應該知道當時係會有客人嚟到,所以其實廚房應該已經一早開始預備食物😉 所以我哋就算係第一台嘅客人都唔係一個藉口咁遲攞食物出嚟😨
