i actually felt sad about modernisation of China and HongKong. Yes, they always think about Malaysia being a "backwards" country and infra wise we are of no match to them. However, 1st class infra also brings about the degradation of inter-personal human behaviors. People in those places are less hospitable, means and less passionate, I wouldnt want to trade our passion in life and living with modernation and urbanisation of our cities.
❤❤❤hi how you beautiful thank you so much flower ♥️ ❤

Msia was already more advanced than Korea in the 70's ( but the latter has advanced faster in the last few decades). □ Penang alone was world top 3 producer of semi-conductors (computer chips and CPUs) in the 70's. China was not even in the list those days. Msia is now ranked about world top 5 in export of chips and CPUs. □ Although Msia is an agricultural based country, but it is also a major exporter of industrial products. □ Penang has been called Silicon Valley of the East (although it doesnt have much highrise buildings to show to tourists on how advance it is as a small city of only 1/2 mil Penang born population).

Thank you for such a good comments but personally I don’t wish too many foreigners moving to Malaysia ultimately will increase the living cost here while enjoying the subsidies on food, petrol in the expense of local tax payers.
We know very well Hong Kong people will not leave Malaysia because they can live in bigger house/Condo compared to back home. Malaysia is never backward, Most people have own house/condos/cars..etc. If they love durian Malaysia has the best one, Musang King.

Yes, Malaysia have bigger house than hk, Musang King so many hk friends like😋
I am 56 Malaysian Chinese. Been hk many times. My fair view, if you are very rich , I prefer to live in hk. Bful oceanic n.mountain or hills surrounding! Very vibrant & the island hoping is interesting. 4 weather , winter not like western sub zero, just nice ! 11 to 18c..gd. yes, summer is humid. Only for 2 mths?? To add up, Msia is cheap for foreigners not the locals. HK average salary HK $10k plus to hk$20k...plus?? .! Malaysia average salary is less than RM 4k.! ( $hk 9 k..). Bringing yous hk $$$$ to Malaysia is very comfortable. Because your salary is high in HK( of course hk is too expensive on property n food n ..etc) , so even your salary do not give u a comfort life in HK. So, coming to Msia with all your saving is , like, living like a Rich person. A Malaysian Engineer salary is Rm5 to Rm 8k. Thats only hk$10k to Hk 17 per. Mth. A bus driver salary in hk. .So msia is cheap n comfort for foreigners , but not so as Msian. Finally, you are HK people, you might not see the true color yet, on Msian Chinese . You are not born here. Need to analyse before comment. Anyway , welcome to Msia.

Everything is good here except politics.. country run by not so good people. If you have kids then need to make more considerations.. local University places are given priority to bumiputera, even if you have straight As, not guaranteed U place.
