Oooh, I am now in Hakone and would like to make the circle route. Unfortunately I am very very afraid of heights. I cannot control the fear, however I did do Tokyo Skytree and the Yokohama tower, trembling and gasping. Hopefully I am able to ride the ropeway just by peaking thru my fingers. If not, you may hear about it in the news tomorrow…😮😂😮😂

I'm wondering if you bring your own mask for your kids or they give it there. And is it mandatory to wear mask as people passing the volcanic smoke?

They don't provide a mask, you must bring your own if you like and it is not mandatory. If you have problem breathing on a Sulfur smell, it is not recommended to visit the area.
