@IamMinDee Yes... I think so, paid $3xx for a loaf of bread is crazy expensive, but for an afternoon time full of laughter and excitement, that's a happy and memorable experience. ^^ I do think we go to the same baking class at the same workshop, I can tell as the equipment and apron is exactly the same :P.

I am not sure about using food color in bread... cos cake only use flour but for bread we need yeast. Not sure if food coloring is going to affect the yeast chemistry... LoL. Well you can try... but add it after the bread is well fermented. ^^ Let me know the result :D will love to know that.

Bamboo powder take like nothing... as we only add a tiny little bit... that even can't taste it. Yes... Good quality matchi powder can color the bread, but better use a more concentrate on for bread. Otherwise food coloring can still do the job. But of course I prefer some natural color ingredient lol~ ^^

OMG these's breads are the cutest loafs I have seen in a long time X3 I really wanna try and make them now. Do you think regular paste food colouring could be used in bread? I use it in cakes and fondant but have never thought of colouring bread with it.

Haha this video kind of corresponds to lingling1029's video. From watching the videos, I know you guys took the same baking class. But 360-380 hkd?! That's almost $50 UDS! That's one expensive loaf of Panda bread! >.
