Plain or all-purpose flour 280 g (2 cups)
盐1.5克 ( 1/4茶匙)
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
凉水170毫升
Cold water 170 ml
植物油15毫升(1汤匙)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
2.馅 Filling:
韭菜350克或其他蔬菜
Chives or other vegetables 350 g
豆腐泡100克
Tofu puffs 100 g
4个大鸡蛋
4 eggs (large size)
盐1.5克 ( 1/4茶匙)
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
植物油15毫升(1汤匙)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
芝麻油15毫升(1 汤匙)
Sesame oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
蚝油15毫升(1 汤匙)
Oyster sauce 15 ml (1 tbsp)
盐5克 ( 1茶匙)
Salt 5 g (1 tsp)
