I use to adopt intermittent fasting 168 (skip breakfast) will never gain weight, only continuous eating for 8 hours between noon to 8pm (try my best no carb diet & use my own keto sugar) & stop eating for 16 hours consuming liquid only. It will never overload your digestive system & let your body has enough time to rest.

我個人的經驗是食完大餐後半小時内就要去做gym 踢走哂d extra calories, 否則真係会暴漲。我是三日可以增五磅那種。

可以。曾經在第一站上岸玩環島騎單車時不小心受了傷。剩下的14天在郵輪上坐輪椅渡過。

I love to eat. So I do a lot of fast walking around the ship on 7th fl. lots of time in the Aft. and in front to back of inside ship in front of my room before bedtime. I usually walk fast till I feel my waistline feel loosen. Then I don't feel guilty on my next meal. 😅😂
