Very few people find joy in their work because the motivation for work is probably wrongly placed eg if the motivation for work is only about the renumeration ... When tt becomes the main reason, there comes a time we feel we are under paid n overworked n we start getting upset. But if the work is what I'm passionate about and I see it as God's opportunity for me to make a difference in the company n the people around me ... Then I am relaxed. I am not afraid to share resources tt can help others n potentially make then better n continue to work ... Feeling secure n rested bcos I know my God has given me this opportunity n as long as he wants me here ... I learn, I share n grow n continue to trust Him till he bonks me out if the company to His next assignment for me.
