今回お邪魔したのは千葉のラーメン屋台　多楽福亭さん。
一時休業されていたとのことですが、現在は活動を再開されてるとのことです。
屋台はほぼ手作り、さらにご実家がラーメン屋さんということで味にはこだわりがあるとのこと。
お客さんは減っているとのことですが、夕方になると常連さんが通い詰めていました。

行ってきましたが店主さん親切だし味も美味しかったです！ お酒飲んだ後とかだったらとてもしみる味！

このあいだ食べに行きました。 親父さんともいっぱい話をさせていただきました。 今のラーメン屋は自分の味を出したいという思いが強すぎてダシにこりすぎ。 このようなシンプルな味のラーメンが最高です。

I remember watch this jii-chan (grandpa) in other channel (idk if i could say the channel's name but the first letter is M and also about japanese food) and it's different places, well in the other video he said that he might moving (from the place in that video)... I remember well, because he has the type of noodles rame that i like, also its look so delicious, wanna have a taste someday when i come to Japan, hope i could try Yatai Ramen there.... best of health to the grandpa... His mustache also made me remember him well.. 😁

I saw 1,100 yen on the board. I assume that is the price for ramen? If so, that is cheap compared to the US. And I'm pretty sure it tastes better in Japan too.

住宅街より大手運送会社や流通団地にインター近くがよいのでは？運送会社にコロナは関係ほぼ無しですから。運転手狙いしてみては？
