小金城～千葉県松戸市大谷口

千葉県松戸市大谷口の小金城跡（大谷口歴史公園）です。城の一部しか残っていませんが、かつては東葛飾細大の城郭でした。また全国的にも珍しい堀障子（障子堀と畝堀）の見学できる城だったのですが・・・土の城はやはり維持が大変そうです。流鉄流山線の鉄道の駅名にもなっています。

This is the site of Kogane Castle (Oyaguchi Historical Park) in Oyaguchi, Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. Only a part of the castle remains, but it used to be the castle of Higashi Katsushika Hosodai. It was also a castle where you could see the hori-shoji (shoji moat and ridged moat), which is rare in Japan... It seems that earthen castles are hard to maintain. It is also the name of a station on the Nagaretu Nagareyama Line.
The girl in the thumbnail is the original character Yoshihime Oyama. She is the main wife of the reincarnated Lord Koyama Yoshimasa, the protector of Shimono in the Northern and Southern Dynasties.

原氏が小金城以前に本拠としていた根木内城は思いのほか良かったですよ。 6号によって城域が分断され、多くが宅地化によって消滅してしまった根木内城ですが、面影としては小金城より楽しめるかもと思いました。

正直、小金城の最大の売りが堀障子でしたからね。やはり維持は困難なんですね。
