當時我喺大角咀開檔 我就返嚟 北河街 我就經常經過 經過呢個大廈 驚咗好多年喇 油塘尾道 荔枝角 北河街 呢座大廈拆咗囉 大廈跟我成長呀

估唔到呢座大廈跟我成長呀 係歷史價值嘅 讀書就喺度做嘢買街邊嘅 英京戲院買嘢嘅 宇宙住深水埗 呢座大廈我哋回憶好艱難 因為係好同年嘅十歲 我而家75歲啦 年嘅回憶就係呢座大廈 多謝多謝

其實活化左就已經係兩回事保留唔番佢原本嘅狀態但係如果佢保留嘅話係佢嘅角度上冇利益所以就用活化做藉口將本身好有歷史價值嘅建築變成政府嘅收入好似中環街市咁

They are the history values OF HONG KONG. Same as 190 Nathan Road Kowloon but we don't know the future of this building. 190 Nathan Road building has the similar history but its location is too valuable for Commercial purposes. TSIM SHAI TSUI

Hello. thanks for watching. 190 Nathan Road is always at risk of demolition since its golden location. Unfortunately, all of us has little thing to do by existing Antiquities and Monuments Ordinance. Only Declared Monuments like 雷生春 will be preserved. Even though the two arc pre-war buildings are located in Sham Shui Po, where is an aging population district, residential buildings are always in needs.
