⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蟲草花雲耳炒椰菜 材料: 椰菜一個 蟲草花100克 雲耳20克 薑一小舊 處理: 1. 椰菜,一開四,去芯,撕開一塊塊,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。 2. 薑,去皮,洗乾淨,拍鬆。 3. 蟲草花,清水浸2分鐘。 4. 雲耳,清水浸。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油半茶匙。 2. 薑,放鑊內爆香。 3. 椰菜,放鑊內,轉最慢火,冚蓋,焗3分鐘至軟身。 4. 雲耳及蟲草花,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。 5. 椰菜已焗了3分鐘,轉大火,加入蟲草花及雲耳,炒勻。 6. 在鑊內加入素食蠔油一湯匙,炒勻,轉中火,冚蓋2分鐘,焗椰菜至軟身。 7. 椰菜已煮至軟身,加入糖一茶匙,炒勻。 8. 轉大火,加入油一茶匙,炒勻。 9. 完成,上碟,可享用。 Stir frying cabbage with cordyceps flowers and black fungus Ingredients: Cabbage 1 No. Cordyceps flowers 100g Black fungus 20g Ginger (small) 1 No. Preparation: 1. Cover up the wok for 2 minutes. Turn to medium flame, cook until the cabbage has been turned soft. 7. The cabbage has been softly cooked, add in 1 tsp of sugar, fry well. 8. Turn to high flame. Add in 1 tsp of oil, fry well. 9. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
