个人发现小九无论卤什么食材水都放得太多, 酱油放的太少😅这样成品的卖相不好看,尤其是卤后要切片来吃会显得肉质惨白又无光泽！无论是用高压锅或普通的锅,卤汁应让它变得浓稠一点~淋在米饭或肉片才会好吃😊

牛肉提前泡水了，就没烫了

做法全部錯，牛展應該要用薑蔥酒焯水，將血水和穢物清除，整条不用切，清洗後用薑，蒜頭爆香，再落酒，加生抽，老抽，冰糖，鹵水料，冰糖能令肉鬆軟，煮好後有光澤，不要像妳那麼多水，像煮湯，只要放水高過肉便方，大概一個鐘，用筷子插得入便可，不用過夜，攤凍後切厚片便可，再淋鹵汁加些芝蔴油便香，我每次做兩大条才夠吃，大概四至五個人吃，但不是餸反，通常會煮日本烏冬或麵食，

I'll hold my hands up and say I will support this family against nastiness But I have commented on the way the middle child eat's, only because it can affect his digestion in future. He does eat fast, he doesn't chew properly. It does look as if he's going to miss out on something...there are a lot of children who do this. He does need slow down for his future health.⚘️
