Why do you not go Stormsurge->shadowflame even though it is the highest damage build only thing missing is ability haste but Ekko‘s abilities aren‘t that long anyways and as an assassin it‘s not that crucial it‘s better to have those 150 more damage to have a stronger 2 item spike and the 3 item spike is as strong as normally because rabadons is just thaat good. Shadowflame‘s passive synergies well with stormsurge, the W that‘s coming back and your burst becaude it will also modifiy your attacks when you damahe them under the 40% threshold because actually the damage doesn‘t come all at once and rather in succession (weird to explain) and shadowflame‘s passive is great to kill low health targets and re-engage you can procc it 4-6 times easily when they are already down on 40% health

@ actually the build I mentioned is 100 gold cheaper and has the movementspeed as lich->nash and ekko really rather needs damage instead of ability haste or movementspeed

If your build is effective, the Korean ekko masters are already using it. But in reality no one uses it because they tried many builds and chose the best one for ekko as you have seen.
