I have this phone. Its really good. But the Xiaomi 12T Series will come out tomorrow, so if you want a good phone with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 Definetly get a 12T series. But this phone can be found for super cheap prices which makes it even more worth it

Hey, I'm thinking about buying the 11T Pro. I currently have a Huawei P30 Pro, but the battery life is getting worse and I would like something newer. Would you recommend switching to the 11T Pro? Does the battery performance stay the same after a while despite the 120W fast charging? And did you have any issues with the proximity sensor?

I bought this phone at the launch , there is no battery degradation and as mentioned in this video the battery optimisation has actually got better after MIUI 13 update , the proximity sensor issue is definitely there as with all Xiaomi phones but it does really depend on you usage like one of my friend having same phone barely noticed it as he uses headphones. Before buying one thing to take a note of is OTA updates this phone has received only 2 updates till date and is still on March security patch seems like as xiaomi has promised 3+4 years of update they are going to give them 2 per year basis

If you are someone who uses the phone as actually a phone for phone calls and stuff rather than just for media consumption and camera. I will suggest not to go for this phone. Proximity sensor issues are there and will always be there. Present version of MIUI 13.0.2 has lot of touch issues. and if you are someone who prefers to use a premium tempered glass , you will end up with touch issues. But yes hardware on this phone is top notch. I cant disagree.

Burn in will eventually happen to any AMOLED/OLED given the Organic Nature of the screen. Just avoid static images to delay it. I've been using AMOLED since Galaxy Note 1 and now s21 and I observed that the burn in happens around the 3rd year (I just observed it on my Note 9 cos I use my device max 2 years, but I used the Note 9 until now as an emulation device) though it's barely noticeable. The saturation loss is what you will notice more. When the crystals starts to degrade (due to being an organic display), the colours will lose their signature saturated look compared to when the device was still new.

I faced the same issue and searched on internet about the same, apparently xiaomi has placed the vibration motor too close to the battery and if your phones heats up it fries the haptic motor, when I went to service center they replaced the motor with no cost and also phone was not reset
