Hello, I suppose you are more experienced than me, so please be kind and give me some advise. I just bought Xiaomi 12 and when I put the charger into the charging port it does not stand still, it easily move from right to left, up to down. My question is : wasn t it suppose to stay still in the port? Many thanks in advance for your answer.

Yes I would encourage you to send your device to your nearest Authorised Xiaomi Service Centre for checking, they will help you find out what’s the issues there.
