I thought the Xiaomi 13 pro looked a lot better for the video with the main camera and a bit better for photos. Looks more natural. The Xiaomi 14 boosted the contrast on your face way too much.

I like the videos from the main camera of the 13 pro other then that pretty much the same.

in overall i guess the 14 edition is slightly better. I also did not like the contrast in the 14 because as you said, it looks like the pixel 8. Do you thing that the option of switching lenses when recording at 60fps will come along with an update or is not possible due to some limitations?

For me the video from the Xiaomi 13 pro looks more better from the main sensor and better quality bokeh and soft look much like a proper camera rather than that contrast look from Xiaomi 14. For tele zoom, 13p is much sharpen than 14.

is it just me or is the light-hunter 900 worse than the IMX 989... vivo x9 pro plus was on par with Xiaomi 13 ultra with the same sensor but of course different camera software it depended on which one you liked and of course since the latest update of the oppo, the find x6 pro has been better than them both. but since the Light-hunter 900 replaced the IMX 989 on the Xiaomi 14 pro, I've noticed a downgrade comparing 13 ultra to the 14 pro, the 13 ultra clearly wins (from the front camera) while vivo x100 pro kept the IMX989 and they're like top 3. they keep saying the light hunter 900 is a better sensor so it could just be xiaomi's (poor) image software that needs major improvements. The next oppo Find X7 is also gonna use the light-hunter 900, I hope I'm proven wrong that its not the sensor but the camera software of the company and they've just had more time with the sony IMX 989 1 inch

I was surprised when they changed that 1" for this other sensor. And yes it's not that much as compared to the IMX even if Xiaomi keeps saying so. Guess they are keeping exclusives for the top end ultra varient.

Yeah but only truly the selfie cam. Main cam is better on 13 Pro. Rest basically the same
